Where to Feel Like a Kid in NYC This Weekend!

Through Feb 1, 2020

Take a ride on one of twelve illuminated seesaws line the street on Broadway, between 37th and 38th streets. The playground-inspired pieces are the latest installation in the Garment District Alliance’s yearlong public art program. The seesaws were installed on Jan. 6 and will stay up until Feb. 1. As you ride them, the seesaws glow from their LED lights and are musical as riders bounce up and down on them. It renewed my love of publishing where I can design colorful, enticing pages online and allows me to share the things I love about being a mom." Heather grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a place that still is near and dear to her. " After living in Brooklyn for 18 years and studying Graphic Design at Pratt Institute, she now lives in the Jersey burbs. "I love living so close to NYC, but in my heart, I'm an Ohio girl."
