Local Honey

local honeyKeep your eyes peeled when driving down West End Ave. Occasionally throughout the summer, the folks at 171 West End Ave sell local honey made right in their back yard. The leave it out next to a cigar box where you can drop your money. It’s often said that eating local honey is good for your pif you have allergies. Supposedly, your body builds up immunity to the allergen. My husband stands by this idea and we always buy a jar when it’s out. And it’s delicious. Thank you for sharing, neighbors!
