A Simply Refreshing Melon Sorbet

One of those desserts that will cool you down upon impact.  Freeze melon cubes overnight… puree sorbet in the morning… freeze all day… enjoy later that evening.  Simple, cool and refreshing.

Size: however much you want to make

Ingredients:
Fresh assorted melons... watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, etc...
Super-fine sugar (to taste)
Water (for preferred consistency)
FOOD PROCESSOR

Directions:

Cut and cube melons.  Freeze in food-storage bags.  Place one melon flavor at-a-time in food processor, and puree.  May have to add water to smooth.  Add sugar to taste, and puree again.  Serve immediately, or store in the freezer in an airtight containers for up to two weeks.
