The Wilde Oscar Cocktail

Based on a traditional Old-Fashioned, this cocktail uses Guinness and bourbon. INGREDIENTS 1.5 oz Bourbon 1 oz Guinness Stout 1/2 oz Rich Simple Syrup Dash of Botanical Bitters Stir all ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass. Strain cocktail over a large ice cube. Garnish with a large orange peel and maraschino cherry.
